Job Title: Therapist

Location: NC

Reports To: Clinical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our team. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and strong commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of clients.  Entry-Level Therapist encouraged to apply!  This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or newly licensed therapists to gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other modalities as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Facilitate therapy groups as needed.
  • Attend agency clinical group staff meetings.
  • Participate in case consultations and supervision sessions (mandatory for provisionally licensed therapists).

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Therapist (LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), LMFT(A), etc.)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with specific therapeutic principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Work Environment

Therapist will have a hybrid work schedule consisting of both in-office and remote office work.
